Roadmap

The authoritative roadmap lives in the repo’s CLAUDE.md and moves only when milestones actually complete. The shape:

NOW — v0.24.0 and operational proof

Packaged v0.24.0 maps Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, Rust, C#, Ruby, PHP, and mixed projects through one local parser-proven learning loop. v0.24.0 makes Explore fully luminous, gives every language its own world character, turns the module anchor into a system Sun, and exposes parser-owned neighbouring imports with certainty intact beside named call-orbit worlds. It retains the free-explore or First Flight launch, landing-to-check handoff, nine-language parser boundary, and v0.20.0’s complete 5,000-file Map gate.

v0.24.0 also includes M20’s read-only-share foundations. It contains the source-free artifact compiler and explicit disclosure preview, independent view and deletion capabilities, immutable encrypted persistence, expiry and revocation, token-safe HTTPS delivery, backup/restore and deletion machinery, and a provider-neutral alert relay. The compiler and exact disclosure preview are connected locally and create no link or outbound request. Capability persistence, standalone delivery, backup, and operations remain disconnected from that flow and from any public upload or cloud path. The owner authorized this graphics and local-product release without weakening the gate that controls any future public-sharing connection or operational-erasure claim. Learner evidence and correctness reports continue in parallel; the original learner-acceptance issue remains open and is not treated as passed by technical completion.

Remaining operational evidence

Run the intended independent deployment’s timers, alert delivery, authority probes, append-only backup receiver, daily prune, complete-copy inventory, independent-node restore, operational deletion, key retirement, and approved media-erasure procedure. Only the resulting receipts can authorize Codemble’s first public-sharing connection and operational-erasure claims. The completed scale evidence is recorded in Parser evidence and scale.

NEXT — connect public delivery

Connect the local disclosure/confirmation flow to the independently proven delivery target only after every operational receipt above passes. Preserve the same source-free artifact, explicit opt-ins, expiring view authority, separate deletion authority, and token-safe browser contract.

LATER — reach

Extra quest types (trace-a-request, fix-the-failing-test) and the coordinated public launch.

Non-goals

No accounts. No telemetry. No hosted code. No XP or streaks — illumination and the star chart are the whole game. No free-flight camera. Ever. The 2D Map layer is a second view of the same graph, not a second source of truth: it was approved once the layouts moved into the graph layer.
