When to use this
You’ve filled out a form and want to make sure the final copy can’t be “accidentally” edited by whoever receives it — or you need to start the form over.
Reset a form
Section titled “Reset a form”Choose Reset Form to clear every field back to blank.
Lock answers at export
Section titled “Lock answers at export”When exporting, choose to lock form answers. The exported PDF keeps its filled values but recipients can no longer change them.
Tip
Flatten before sharing: locking form answers and baking in any stamps at export means nobody can quietly edit your final copy.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”Locked exports open normally in any PDF viewer, showing your answers as plain, non-editable content.
